"Slow Shipping"

"Stitching wore out fast"
I usually judge stuff like this by the stitching first, and this one started looking rough quickly. It gave me the impression it wasn’t going to hold up well, which was disappointing.

"Nice-looking site, but frustrating to use"
At first glance, the website looks nice, but actually using it? Not so great. The filters felt way too limited, the product pages kept jumping around, and why does it take so many clicks just to compare gear? On my phone, it was even more annoying. Maybe it works for some people, but for me, it just wasn’t a good shopping experience.

"Not comfortable at all"
I really wanted to like this, but the pad was rough to sleep on. I woke up sore both nights, which pretty much defeats the whole point. For the price, I expected it to be way more comfortable. It also felt like the expectations kept shifting, like first it was supposed to be supportive, then it was just “good enough for camping.” Moving goalposts like that don’t really help when you’re still waking up aching

"Reliable pad, with one small letdown"
I bought this Nemo sleeping pad last year, and it’s been with me on a bunch of weekend trips since then. I actually have a clear memory of one chilly morning waking up on a rocky campsite, surprised that I’d slept as well as I did. The pad has held up great so far with no leaks or strange wear, which I really appreciate. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that the stuff sack got a small tear sooner than I expected. Not a huge deal, but a little disappointing. The pad itself is still excellent, though.

"Good gear, but kind of a pain to pack up"
I like some of the gear overall, but the storage setup is sort of frustrating. The stuff sacks feel a little too snug, and getting everything packed back in is just not that easy, especially when you’re tired or the weather’s kind of gross. The pockets and compartments also feel like they’re not quite where you’d want them to be. For what it costs, I figured it would be a bit more user-friendly. It’s not awful or anything, just annoying enough that I’d probably think twice before buying it again.

Used this tent in some wind and rain, and it did good. I feel like tents always let in a little moisture somewhere, and for this one it was just a bit damp near the door. Nothing major, though — overall it held up fine

I picked up a NEMO sleeping pad it’s been really solid so far. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but after using it on a few trips, I can see why it costs a bit more. If anything, I blame myself for messing around with cheaper pads for so long. Shipping was totally fine too, no complaints there

"Easy site, sizes were hit or miss"
Site was easy to use. No real issues there. But a few things I wanted weren’t in my size. Kinda annoying. I checked back later though and found one item, so that helped

"Fabric ripped too easily"
I was disappointed with the fabric. It ripped way too easily after just a little use, so it doesn’t feel very durable. I really expected it to hold up better.

Setting this up was way more frustrating than I expected. I kept thinking it would just take a few minutes, and then somehow I was still messing with it way later, trying to figure out what I missed. Not the best first impression.

"Held Up Well on a Wet Hike"
Took my NEMO gear out on a rainy weekend hike, it did exactly what I needed it to do. It was light, comfortable, and I didn’t run into any weird problems, well, I guess it felt so normal that I barely thought about it, which is kind of the point. So far, I’m happy with it.

"Warranty Help Took Too Long"
I reached out about a warranty issue the whole process was frustrating. I had my receipt and email confirmation ready to go, but it still took a long time to get any real help. The replies felt slow and not very useful, so I ended up feeling like I was just going in circles

"Pretty average gear, questionable support"
The gear itself was okay overall, nothing amazing but it did the job. The support side of things felt kind of shady though, and that made the whole experience a lot less reassuring.

"Kept me warm the whole night"
I picked up a Nemo sleeping pad and bag for a cold weekend trip, i was kind of surprised. I expected at least a few cold spots from the ground, but I stayed warm all night. Packing it up was simple too, which was nice because in the morning you just want to get moving and... yeah. I'd definitely buy it again...

"Decent, but a little heavier than expected"
I ordered this from nemoequipment.com for my backpacking setup. The pack size is decent and it fits in my bag without much trouble, but the weight was a little more than I thought it would be. It doesn’t feel like bad quality or anything, you just might be disappointed if you’re really trying to keep things ultralight. Shipping was totally fine. Overall, it’s okay, but not amazing for my needs

"My order showed up with most of…"
My order showed up with most of the right items, so that was good, but one of the colors was wrong. Not a huge disaster, but still annoying since it wasn’t what I picked. I’m not really eager to deal with customer service about it either, because I’ve had enough runarounds with that kind of thing before.
